2. Repaired By Manufacturer: Goods presented for repair may be replaced with manufacturer-refurbished goods of the same type, and manufacturer-refurbished parts may be used for repairs.

3. Prices and Order Acceptance: All prices displayed on our website are in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Orders will only be accepted upon full receipt and clearance of payment.

4. Shipping Restrictions: We ship to all destinations in mainland Australia, including Tasmania. For international customers, please contact us for further details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange: You are responsible for your purchase decisions, so please choose your products carefully before placing an order. We are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement due to a change of mind. However, you may request a refund or exchange if the item has a MAJOR problem. In such cases, please retain your proof of purchase (receipt). Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

6. General Warranty: iNell offers a 12-month warranty for all brand new hardware products and a 6-month warranty for all used PCs & Laptops.
